This is a time for a fresh start. It is renewal and rejuvenation. Spring is the time for planting new ideas, creativity, and communication. In this time it would be good to focus on healing, purification, bill paying, gardening and other such tasks associated with Air.
Angel Milkiel is a wonderful angel to help assist you in this time. Milkiel is the angel who assists to ground into our very bodily fibers these qualities of restoration and reaffirmation of our vitality and our vigor. Start to inspire yourself and get outdoors. Clear your body and mind with the Air and Sun. Start to think about what you would like to create in your life and write your desires down. Ask Angel Milkiel to show you some ideas or guide you to your signs. Then take the time to put your focus and intention into these ideas, plant them and watch them grow.
A good exercise would be to use living plants and label them with each of your ideas. For example, If you would like to focus on becoming healthier; choose a plant and label the pot “Health” or some variation of that word such as “Healthy, Healthier, Healing”. You can choose a plant that is already budded or plant your own seeds. Now as you tend to your plant everyday, keep in mind, “This is for my health”. If ideas come to mind, or you are inspired to do something that day for your health, then follow through with it. Remember, as you tend to your plant everyday, you are tending to the idea you have planted and you are helping it grow with intention.
Angel Milkiel is also called “Sun”. Use the sun energy to help grow your intention in yourself and soak up the energy every day for at least for 5 minutes. You are the seedling growing with intention to reach high and to be strong. ~Blessings~
